Section I What is included

Eight entitlements.

Listed in full rather than summarised, so nothing has to be discovered after payment.

01 Digital member card
Generated at registration with a unique verification link. The verification page reports status, membership level and validity in real time.
02 Reserved area
Resources, guides and templates for practitioners, held behind member authentication.
03 Public directory of AI professionals
Inclusion is opt-in at registration. The directory publishes first name, surname, city and freelance availability, and nothing else.
04 Member events and webinars
Sessions reserved to members, held online and at partner venues.
05 Negotiated rates on AI tools and services
Agreements with tool and service providers, available through the reserved area.
06 Institutional representation
AIPIA represents its members before the European Commission through the European AI Alliance.
07 Right to vote in the general assembly
Every individual member holds one vote in the association’s assembly.
08 Right to use the member badge and logo
Granted under the association’s usage guidelines.

Section II The card

A card that a third party can check without asking you.

The digital card is generated at registration with a verification link unique to the member. Following it opens a page reporting membership status, level and validity in real time, so a client, employer or procurement team can confirm standing directly.

A printed card in the same format is optional. It carries the member’s name, member number and a QR code pointing at that same verification page.

Illustrative specimen. Each member's card is generated at registration with a unique verification link.

A physical card in the same format is available for €16.80, with a single €3.99 delivery charge covering every physical item in one order. Cards are despatched on the fifteenth of the month following registration.

Section III The directory

Listing is opt-in, and the fields are fixed.

The public directory of artificial intelligence professionals is where companies and recruiters look for practitioners inside the association. Inclusion is chosen at registration and can be declined without affecting anything else in the membership.

Four fields are published: first name, surname, city, and whether the member is a freelance professional available for work. No email address, no telephone number, no employer, no client list.

Section IV Organisations

Corporate membership runs on separate terms.

Three plans cover organisations from 3–300 people, priced from €490 to €12,000 a year. They carry brand visibility within the association, team training at a reserved rate, access to the reserved area, a mention in the companies section of the association’s site, a dedicated newsletter and an advisory channel.

Training for corporate members is charged at €229 a course rather than €249, on orders of 3 or more enrolments.

Recognition and limits

Section V Joining

Registration takes a few minutes.

Membership is administered on the association’s own site, which handles registration, payment, the reserved area and card generation. The international membership route asks for account details, name, date and place of birth, city and country, and the two consents required by the statute and the privacy notice.

Anyone with a professional interest in artificial intelligence is eligible. No specific qualification is required.
