The Associazione Italiana Professionisti dell’Intelligenza Artificiale (AIPIA) is constituted in Italy with its seat at Via Ostiense 92, 00154 Rome, Italy. There is no separate United Kingdom office, and enquiries from the United Kingdom are handled by the same secretariat.

Most questions are answered faster by the page that owns them than by an email. The secretariat handles what is left.

Registration is completed on the association’s own site. Questions about eligibility, payment or the international membership route go to the secretariat.
- 02 Confirming somebody’s membership

Every member card carries a unique verification link. The verification page reports status, level and validity in real time, without involving the secretariat.
- 03 Training and the European credential

Programme dates, cohort languages and enrolment are handled on the association’s training pages. The first English-language cohort is forming.
- 04 Corporate membership

Three plans cover organisations from three to three hundred people. Terms and pricing are published.

Section II Association properties
Four sites, and which one to use.
aipia.it is the operational hub. Membership, payment, the reserved area and verification all live there, with English at en.aipia.it and Spanish at es.aipia.it.
aipia.eu is the European-facing site, published in twenty-two languages.
This site addresses the United Kingdom specifically: the reach of European rules over British practice, and the domestic framework that sits alongside them.
The secretariat operates on Central European Time, one hour ahead of the United Kingdom for most of the year. An email sent from London in the afternoon reaches Rome the same working day.
